To unite all teachers across the country in order to defend, educate, and effectively represent them in claiming and protecting their employment rights and benefits, while fostering solidarity, communication, and good relationships among teachers, employers, and other education stakeholders with the aim of improving the working environment and national development.

To be a strong, united, and highly influential organization recognized nationally and internationally for defending, protecting, and promoting the rights, benefits, and status of teachers for the sustainable development of the education sector and the nation as a whole.
